Wait for approval
We will send you a confirmation via email and require you to provide a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect good(s). Approvals are normally processed within 2-3 working days of us receiving your form and photo(s). Please DO NOT return any item until you receive confirmation from Aidosss Store.
Step 3
Return the parcel to us
Send your original item(s) back. Once your return is received, your exchange will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed.
